In the Paris area, the city of Argenteuil has chosen to acquire TELLMYCITY® to strengthen the quality of its services and improve communication with its citizens.

While in 2015, the city had recorded 1,111 complaints through traditional channels, it already has more than 7,000 reports collected via TELLMYCITY® since its launch in June 2016. With an average of about 600 reports per month, the results are up to the expectations of the city.

Georges Mothron, mayor of Argenteuil, particularly stressed the “responsiveness” and “excellent consideration and management of this application by municipal services.” All employees and agents involved have been trained by Spallian to maximize the effectiveness of the tool without increasing their workload. The statistics even indicate a decrease in the processing time of anomalies.

Finally, public meetings allowed to discuss and present the figures with citizens, more than ever actors in their cities.
